We are the Official Chicago Rush Fan Club. We are the greatest fans of the greatest team in the Arena Football League--the Chicago Rush.
The Chicago Rush entered the AFL in 2001 and has qualified for the playoffs in every season of their existence, capping the 2006 AFL season with an ArenaBowl XX championship. The Chicago Rush's roots go back to the April 26, 1986, arena football test game when the Chicago Politicians took on the Rockford Metros in Rockford, Ill. so AFL founder Jim Foster could test out his idea for a new sport. The game was a success, so Foster set up a showcase game between the Chicago Bruisers and the Miami Vise on February 26, 1987. Now coached by Arena Football legend Bob McMillen, the Chicago Rush boast five division championships, including the 2011 Central Division crown. Come join us as we celebrate 26 years of the Arena Football League and 12 years of the Chicago Rush in 2013 and as we watch our team battle their way to another Central Division title and an ArenaBowl XXVI championship.
